Hi there! My name’s Sharon… or Nicole, depending on how long you’ve known me. I’m a Great Plains writer and artist with roots in Northeastern Nebraska.

I have recently started as Adult Services Librarian at Wayne Public Library in Wayne Nebraska, where I will coordinate adult activities and create advertisements, graphics and various social media posts for the library. I am also apart of the adjunct faculty at WSC, teaching Editing and Publishing classes, plus an editor for the WSC Press, and will be continuing to assist with press events and books. I work part-time at Ponca State Park during the summer season, as a receptionist and office worker.

I create fine artwork and graphic work in my spare time. I sell artwork on, and display and sell artwork at Omaha Zine Fest and Omaha Oddities and Art Expo.

I have have had artwork exhibited at the the Norfolk Arts Center, the Bemis Center for Contemporary Art, the Blue Cat Gallery and Studio, and Noyes Art Gallery.

I display and sell artwork and written work annually at the Omaha Zine Fest, and at the Omaha Oddities and Art Expo.

I have a small army of mannequins and two incredibly fat cats living in my home. Sometimes I find abandoned houses and becomes friends with them.
